Staying true to tradition, Forno Antico creates authentic Italian food and Neapolitan Pizza, with its wood burning oven and ingredients imported straight from Italy!
Using fresh Mozzerella di Bufala made for us earlier in the week in a small town in Campania,Italy. Also, our San Marzano tomatoes are flown in fresh from the Campania region. Our double zero flour and sea salt is imported from Napoli as well.
This trend continues for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR INGREDIENTS... I know, it's the real deal!
